Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager in Elkton, FL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for residents and guests while ensuring financial performance and asset quality.

You will manage property operations, lead resort staff, and collaborate with marketing to attract guests, with responsibility for budgets and profitability. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in RV/manufactured home communities.
• Strong operations skills and understanding of the position’s complexities.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience with excellent service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure an excellent experience.
• Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget of the resort.
• Maximize the profitability of the property.
• Maintain the resort and ensure that it’s clean and attractive.
• Partner with the marketing team to attract new guests.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the operational budget of the resort to improve profitability.
