Equity LifeStyle Properties in Clermont, FL is hiring a Property Manager to oversee resort assets and deliver exceptional resident and guest experiences. You will manage budgets, coordinate marketing, hire and lead staff, and drive profitability while maintaining a clean, attractive property.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in RV or manufactured home communities, plus strong MS Office skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in RV or manufactured home communities.
• Strong operations skills and customer service excellence.
• MS Office and web-based applications proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests to ensure an excellent experience.
• Manage resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budget of the resort.
• Maximize profitability and maintain the resort’s cleanliness and attractiveness.
• Partner with the marketing team to attract new guests.
