Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Owner Relations Property Manager for the South Seas resort on Captiva Island, FL. You will direct the Property Services Team to maintain interiors and common areas to the highest standards of aesthetics and safety, coordinating maintenance and renovations with owners and vendors.

You will inspect homes, manage contracts, and ensure clear communication with owners while supporting safety and quality assurance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of related property management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete background screening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize and direct all Owner Services functions by acting as a liaison between owners and the resort in maintaining good condition of units participating in the rental and lease programs.
• Responsible for the interior condition and standards of furnishings of assigned units; coordinate maintenance and housekeeping with appropriate departments.
• Conduct inspections of assigned homes in the Home Inspection Program twice per month and render required reports to the owners.
• Maintain knowledge of all Owner Services contracts and resort policies and procedures.
• Establish professional rapport with owners through timely communication and problem solving.
• Support resort Safety and Resource Management programs.
