Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Owner Relations Property Manager for the South Seas resort on Captiva Island, FL. You will direct the Property Services Team to maintain interiors and common areas to high aesthetics and safety standards, coordinating with owners and vendors for rental/lease programs.

Responsibilities include inspections, contract familiarity, and cross‑department collaboration. A high school diploma, 2–5 years in property management, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of employment in property management.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete background screening.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with owners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct Owner Services functions as liaison between owners and the resort.
• Ensure interior condition and furnishings meet high standards; coordinate maintenance and housekeeping with departments.
• Inspect homes in the Home Inspection Program twice per month and report to owners.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual agreements and resort policies; support Accounting, Maintenance, and Management teams.
