Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License; background screening will be conducted.
• Previous hotel/resort maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Carry out electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Maintain woodwork, doors, walls, and flooring; assist with preventative maintenance program.
• Keep logs, prepare reports and submit timely updates to supervisors.
