Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Georgia is seeking a Resort Operations Manager to oversee evening operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.

The role focuses on night shifts, MOD duties, budgeting, training, and coordinating safety, maintenance, and guest services to deliver a premier mountain resort experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven resort management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Ability to work nights and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty for each shift, handling radio calls and nightly reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operations.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure outstanding night-time service.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial goals for evening operations.
• Coordinate activities and resolve issues during night shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of resort facilities at night.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements during evenings.
• Stay current on industry trends to drive nightly operations improvements.

Job Summary

We are searching for a Resort Operations Manager to oversee the evening operations of our resort, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will be adept at working nights to handle evening operations and emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred experience
• Proven experience in resort management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work nights, under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
