Job summary

Great Escapes RV Resorts is seeking a General Manager to oversee all facets of operations at PARK RESORT NAME, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team culture, and consistent financial performance.

The General Manager sets the tone for the property's culture and brings hospitality to life at every touchpoint, coordinating daily operations and maintaining safety and regulatory standards across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and AED or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Current certifications in CPO or willingness to obtain upon hire
• OSHA safety training/certifications a plus.
• Knowledge of building, construction, fire, and health and safety regulations.
• Strong organization and project management skills; leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional guest relations skills.
• Weekend and holiday hours required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture and conduct weekly meetings and performance check-ins.
• Collaborate with District Management and Accounting for budgets and forecasts.
• Drive guest service strategy emphasizing communication and proactive solutions.
• Oversee daily operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, retail, recreation, and F&B.
• Manage safety protocols, licensing, inspections, and emergency response.
• Coordinate marketing support, community engagement, and brand representation.
