Qualifications

• Exceptional leadership and communication to develop teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets for multiple resorts and align with company goals.
• Lead by example and mentor General Managers across sites.
• Ensure high standards of guest experience and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and staff development initiatives.
• Provide regular financial and performance reports to leadership.
