Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and analyze annual budgets for each resort.
• Monitor financial metrics and report to investors.
• Lead and coach General Managers across locations.
• Foster open communication and leadership development.
• Ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction at all resorts.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy and guest engagement.
• Maintain safety, regulatory compliance and risk management.
