Responsibilities

• Assist Snowmaking Manager in handling snowmaking personnel and scheduling.
• Conduct job and safety training for the department.
• Maintain shift efficiency and adapt to weather/temperature changes.
• Regularly inspect and maintain snowmaking equipment.
• Communicate with Snowmaking Supervisor and Ski Patrol regarding conditions and procedures.
• Contribute to team safety and department objectives.
