Job summary

Leisure Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to support overnight operations at our resort in California. The role covers Saturday and Sunday nights from 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring accurate records and excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or front desk experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Basic computer and hotel management software skills are required.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality/front desk or accounting exposure preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software.
• Overnight hours: Saturdays and Sundays 11 PM–7 AM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial and operational records.
• Check in and check out guests efficiently while delivering excellent service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Balance accounts and prepare reports for management review.
• Monitor security and safety protocols during the overnight shift.
• Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
