Leisure Hotels & Resorts in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for our resort. The role covers Saturday and Sunday nights from 11 PM to 7 AM, providing essential overnight support to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

You will perform nightly audits, assist guests, balance accounts, and coordinate with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, while maintaining security and accuracy during the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/front desk or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software.
• Overnight hours availability (Saturdays and Sundays 11 PM–7 AM).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial and operational records.
• Check in and check out guests efficiently while delivering excellent service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Balance accounts and prepare reports for management review.
• Monitor security and safety protocols during the overnight shift.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
