Job summary

Grand View Lodge is seeking a Maintenance (Property) Worker to perform a wide range of repairs and preventative maintenance across resort outlets and facilities. This hands-on role requires collaborating with various departments to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has general repair experience, multi-trade knowledge, and a clean driving record. Weekend and extended hours during peak seasons are required; onboarding includes safety training and a path for growth within

Qualifications

• General repair skills across multiple trades.
• Hands-on maintenance experience across systems and equipment.
• PLC schematics and electrical knowledge preferred.
• High attention to detail and safety.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repair and light maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, pool systems, and more.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections on a regular basis.
• Repair and maintain commercial laundry equipment.
• Generate and manage written work orders and time sheets.
