Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is hiring a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, and appliance servicing at a resort property.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. You will work as part of a team to address guest villa maintenance and ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform skilled work in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs (ceramic tiles, painting, wallboard carpentry, cabinetry, laminates, granite).
• Assist guests and staff in resolving maintenance concerns.
• Use hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
