Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform maintenance services for the resort, including exterior care, custodial tasks, and general repairs. You will determine materials, order supplies, and assist with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work to uphold safety and aesthetics.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and experience in resort maintenance is a plus. Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in maintenance is a plus, especially in resort/timeshare settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the upkeep of the property.
• Maintains property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determines materials, equipment, and supplies needed to complete tasks.
• Orders supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Handles construction, painting, electrical and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Performs general repairs such as painting, patching walls, and landscaping.
• Performs skilled work in maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, and lighting tasks.
• Coordinates or inspects, operates and maintains heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
