Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Training & Onboarding Specialist in Seattle to equip new team members with the knowledge and tools to excel in resort operations. You will lead onboarding, conduct ongoing trainings, coach associates, and partner with department heads to support high performance.

You’ll act as a marketing SME for initiatives, coordinate owner updates, and help drive a positive culture while maintaining production standards and reporting for management.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Marketing experience with Wyndham Destinations or related brands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to coach, counsel and motivate team members.
• Experience negotiating and handling customer interactions effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing databases and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Interview, onboard & train new team members.
• Conduct ongoing trainings and weekly sessions for underperforming reps.
• Coach and support new hires in collaboration with department leaders.
• Welcome guests and brief them on resort activities and services.
