Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing specialist to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will schedule guests for presentations, greet and qualify customers, and coordinate sales-tour reservations with deposits.

You will collaborate with resort staff, stay current on marketing materials, and meet performance goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic travel environment.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation.
• Attend trainings, keep current on marketing information and materials, and set performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets and greet guests.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
