Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and existing owners at our resort locations.

The role involves scheduling guests for presentations, greeting customers, and partner collaboration with resort staff to ensure a cohesive sales experience. Key duties include presenting to prospects, qualifying leads, and coordinating sales tours while adhering to company policies and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
