Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an energetic in-person marketing professional to interact with prospective and current owners at our resort locations, including Leavenworth, WA.

You will greet guests, present property opportunities, and lead them toward a sales-preview tour, aligning with brand standards and sales targets. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to schedule tours while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Attend scheduled training sessions, keep current on marketing information and materials, and track performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines and convert interest into tours.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
