Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an In House Marketing Coordinator to engage guests at our resort properties and drive current-owner updates. You will schedule guest meetings with member services, help coordinate check-in flows, and support resort staff to ensure a smooth guest experience while maintaining production standards.

A background in sales or marketing and strong communication skills are valued. This full-time role offers paid training, a base salary with commissions, and a benefits

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred
• Maintain production standards
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a team environment in a shared space
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• In person marketing with guests checking into our resorts
• Schedule the guest to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift
• Distributing parking passes, activity schedules, and area brochures to the guest
• Must meet production standards on a weekly basis
