Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing associate to engage prospective and current owners at our resort locations. You will schedule guests for presentations, greet visitors, and work with resort staff to ensure a smooth check-in and lead process.

You will present incentives, qualify customers, and coordinate sales-tour reservations while meeting company guidelines. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic Excel/Word skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
