Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a hospitality-oriented coordinator to directly engage guests checking into our resorts in Napa, providing concierge-style service and guiding discussions about owner updates and workshops.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales or marketing experience, basic computer skills, clear communication, and teamwork. The high school diploma is required, a college degree is preferred, and flexible seasonal hours are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Maintain production standards in performance.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.

Responsibilities

• Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts.
• Provide concierge-like service to all guests.
• Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop.
• The coordinator may offer gifts to the guest for participating in the update.
• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of the guests that should be checking in during their shift.
