Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an in-person marketing professional to engage prospective and current owners at our resorts. You will work as a brand ambassador, greet guests, present sales-preview tours, and qualify customers according to company guidelines.

No travel outside the home-site. Strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in MS Excel/MS Word are required; 1–3 years in sales/marketing preferred. Training is provided and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Teamwork in a shared space.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• 1–3 years sales/marketing preferred.
• Education may be substituted by relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers per company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend trainings and set performance goals weekly.
• Maintain current marketing materials and industry knowledge.
