Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a General Maintenance Technician for the PM shift to perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical and more in guest villas and resort facilities.

The role requires at least two years of related experience, strong knowledge of tools, and the ability to work in a team with a focus on guest satisfaction. Open availability including weekends and holidays is expected; pay ranges $20–$24 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus related vocational training preferred.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in hotel or resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs including plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting and electrical tasks.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance concerns and questions.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete projects from rough-in carpentry to trim work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
