Holiday Hills Resort is seeking a General Maintenance Tech II to perform skilled repairs in plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical and cabinetry. Requires at least two years of field experience and a working knowledge of hand and power tools.

This on-site role supports guest villas and property operations with a focus on safety and quality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, trade training, and experience in resort or hotel maintenance.

Competenze

• Requires at least two years of field maintenance experience.
• Experience in plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical and carpentry preferred.
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools safely.

Mansioni

• Handle in-house repairs including tiles, wallboard, carpentry, and painting.
• Assist guests and staff with maintenance concerns.
• Use hand and power tools to complete phases of projects.
• Follow management directions and complete documentation.
