Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across resort facilities. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment, services, and building systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety and quality across properties.

The role requires hands-on experience with maintenance tools, multi-tasking ability, and a focus on reliable, high-quality service. Prior timeshare resort maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of basic maintenance tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of facilities.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components; perform painting, carpentry, and landscaping as needed.
