Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2 for Stormy Point Village. You will repair and maintain equipment and systems, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

The role emphasizes supervising maintenance staff, implementing maintenance plans within budget, and coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems. Safety and quality are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory-level resort maintenance.
• 1–2 years of experience in building and facilities maintenance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO).
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA Guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and train team; follow up on jobs to ensure quality.
• Schedule and perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance.
• Perform repairs in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Coordinate or install and maintain heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
