Job summary

Hireology is seeking Maintenance Techs in a resort setting to handle upkeep, repairs, and guest requests. Candidates should be skilled, hardworking, and possess strong problem-solving abilities, with stamina and technical knowledge essential to service equipment.

Typical duties include painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC minor repairs, diagnosing issues, and keeping storage areas organized. Strong teamwork and communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (minor repairs).
• Troubleshoot and repair company machinery, equipment or appliances.
• Walk throughout the property and note items in need of attention.
• Respond to guest room calls/maintenance calls promptly.
• Keep maintenance storage areas neat and clean.
• Be an active participant in inventory control.
