Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Technician for Peek 'n Peak Resort in New York. This role involves routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, heating, and landscaping. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in various maintenance tasks and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with vocational training preferred. A valid driver's license is required, as well as the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of tools and equipment for building maintenance.
• Ability to solder/braze and repair plumbing fixtures.
• Experience with drywall and painting repairs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests and projects as assigned.
• Document repair status and activities.
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with guests and management.
