Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Hollywood, Florida to upkeep the Sales Center and Welcome Center. You will implement preventative maintenance, perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, and assist guests as needed.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance calls, daily upkeep, landscaping cleanup, and notifying management of issues. A High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with knowledge of the timeshare industry preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance must be provided.
• Good driving record with no major violations.
• Knowledge of the Timeshare industry is preferred.
• Experience in general resort maintenance (landscaping, construction, upkeep).
• Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep Sales Center and Welcome Center.
• Implement preventative maintenance (AC filters, fire extinguishers, appliances).
• Perform painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, landscaping cleanup.
• Complete maintenance calls and general upkeep.
• Notify manager of any issues.
• Assist guests when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
