Job summary

Path Resorts at Steele Hill Resort in New Hampshire is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, systems and guest spaces running smoothly. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and basic projects, maintain records, and ensure grounds and facilities look their best. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions.

Candidates should have 2+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; pool maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance, repair, or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to buildings, systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow procedures.
• Keep grounds and interiors in good condition, including snow/debris removal and painting.
• Assist with special projects and installations.
• Maintain plumbing, lighting and interior spaces with timely fixes.
• Support operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
