Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton, NH, seeks a reliable Houseman to support housekeeping operations and maintain supply areas. You will assist with daily planning, transport staff, and coordinate with the Front Desk to fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds and navigating stairs.
• Ability to stay focused in busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization and functionality of all supply areas.
• Review daily assignments and develop an efficient work plan for each shift.
• Transport housekeeping staff to and from assigned areas.
• Operate company-provided vehicles during work hours.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to fulfill guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Respond to priority requests and changing operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possesses ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and via radio.
• Possesses a drivers license and driving record in good standing.
• Ability to endure physical activity, including but not limited to: lifting and carrying heavy items up to 100 pounds, traversing stairs while carrying heavy loads, and engaging in repetitive motions.
• Ability to maintain a high level of mental focus during busy shifts.
