Job summary
Sterling Group is seeking a maintenance technician to keep our properties in top condition across multiple sites. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and drywall issues, ensuring safety and quality standards.
This full-time position offers competitive wages, full benefits, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Valid driver’s license required; prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 1–2 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent field; prior apartment maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general building trades; EPA Certification and Pool License preferred.
- Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills.
- Possess basic tools to perform apartment/building maintenance.

- Maintain the physical condition of properties to meet company standards.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues.
