Responsibilities

• Keep equipment and systems running with preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow policies; report changes.
• Maintain resort grounds, perform painting, snow/debris removal, and landscape care.
• Assist with special projects like moving furniture and preparing rooms for occupancy.
• Maintain plumbing, lighting, and interior spaces with timely fixes.
• Support smooth operations to keep guests happy.
