Steele Hill Resorts in Sanbornton, NH, seeks a professional Server to join a family-friendly resort team. Deliver warm service, upsell daily specials, and provide guest recommendations in a fast-paced setting with stunning views.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• Fluent in English.
• Solid understanding of dining room etiquette and service flow.
• Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and lift 20–25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service that makes every guest feel like a VIP.
• Share daily specials and menu updates with enthusiasm.
• Answer questions and offer genuine recommendations guests will love.
• Take orders and enter them into our POS system with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, checking in to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep station clean and organized from start to finish.
• Present checks, process payments, and handle transactions smoothly.
• Support fellow servers and bus staff whenever needed.
• Tackle other tasks as assigned—teamwork makes the dream work!
