Job summary

Peek 'n Peak Resort is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support hotel and restaurant facilities. You will work in a team to complete routine maintenance and repair projects across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and equipment operations.

Duties include logging repairs, inspecting equipment, assisting with safety and landscaping, and performing preventive and emergency maintenance; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry tasks.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to complete maintenance requests.
• Maintain logs documenting repair status and daily activities.
• Perform routine, preventive and emergency maintenance across facilities.
• Assist with snow/trash removal and landscaping to maintain safety.
• Inspect, operate and test equipment to diagnose and repair issues.
• Use hand and power tools to dismantle and repair components.
• Support project managers with material transport and task execution.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and report hazards.
