Peek’n Peak Resort Inn seeks a Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and safety systems. You will work both independently and in teams, maintain logs, and ensure timely completion of repairs.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical certifications preferred. CMMS experience is a plus, and candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other technical fields preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance tracking software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work in a team and independent environment on maintenance requests to complete projects within established timeframes.
• Complete logs to document repair status, daily activities, and communicate information to management.
• Perform preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance including plumbing, electrical, heating, A/C, carpentry, pool operations, and landscaping.
• Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Repair equipment and structures using hand and power tools.
• Assist managers with transporting materials and ensuring safe, efficient work.
