You’ll perform general facility maintenance, handle service requests, and assist with make-ready tasks while upholding safety standards and guest satisfaction. A professional appearance and basic handyman skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and trash collection.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
