Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance across plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical and appliance service. This position requires at least two years of experience and a valid driver's license, with the ability to work in a team to service guest villas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent vocational training.
• At least two years of maintenance experience; resort/hotel background preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet vehicle policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house repairs including tiles, painting, wallboards, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate and granite repairs.
• Assist guests and staff in resolving maintenance concerns, complaints, and questions.
• Use hand and power tools required to complete projects from rough-in carpentry to trim cabinetry.
• Perform other duties deemed necessary by management.
