Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, including trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; adhere to safety programs.
