Job summary

Sun Outdoors in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across resort grounds, facilities, and utilities. You will handle cleaning, minor repairs, and guest-facing duties to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role requires flexibility to respond to resort needs, ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort working outdoors in seasonal temperatures. Prior maintenance experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and perform maintenance or repairs using hand tools and power equipment.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs including plumbing, sewage, construction and street repair.
• Inspect irrigation systems regularly and repair as necessary.
• Inspect playground, pool/spa, and other amenities for good condition and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure the resort is presentable and adheres to curb appeal standards.
• Lawn care tasks: weed control, mulching, trimming shrubs, and related grounds maintenance.
