Sun Outdoors in Buckeye, AZ is seeking Resort Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventative maintenance across resort facilities and grounds. You will handle repairs, cleaning, lawn care, and on-call support to ensure guest satisfaction and curb appeal.

Responsibilities include operating hand tools and power equipment, inspecting irrigation, amenities, and systems, and supporting resort management with safety and on-site tasks. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand tools, power equipment, and basic machinery.
• Ability to report in writing on work performed.
• Outdoor work in varying seasonal temperatures.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds and work independently or with a team.
• Experience in campground or RV resort maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on resort facilities and grounds.
• Complete minor repairs to rental units and facilities as needed.
• Inspect irrigation, playgrounds, pools, and other amenities for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain resort streets, clean common areas, and respond to on-site needs.
• Assist with safety procedures and on-call duties as required.
