Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to use a CMMS and mobile apps for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the property, common areas, and guest rooms with minimal supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines; participate in safety programs.
• Communicate with guests to triage issues and ensure work meets quality standards.
