Job summary

Grand Pacific Resorts seeks an entry-level Maintenance Tech I to perform routine maintenance and inspections across the resort. Under supervision, you will address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs while upholding safety standards and guest service excellence.

You will gain hands-on experience, document work orders, and support the safety program and on-call requirements. A valid license, basic computer skills, and bedside manner with guests are expected.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience in hospitality, building maintenance, or related trade.
• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks may be required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of the property, guest rooms, and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas; operate shut-off valves as needed.
• Utilize CMMS and mobile apps to create/close work orders with accurate data.
• Triage facilities issues with guests and ensure work is completed to quality standards.
