Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to ensure guest satisfaction by keeping units and facilities in top working order. You will lead maintenance tasks, supervise staff, and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to address issues promptly.

The role emphasizes electrical/plumbing/HVAC expertise, customer service, and flexible hours during peak seasons. A valid HVAC certification and willingness to obtain others will help you thrive in our dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance systems experience required.
• Experience planning and supervising building/grounds maintenance operations.
• HVAC certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the operations of the building and grounds maintenance department.
• Communicate with other departments (front desk, housekeeping) on issues affecting maintenance.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of maintenance both in-house and via contractors.
• Ensure compliance of preventive maintenance procedures within units and building systems.
• Assist other maintenance technicians as requested.
