Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure all resort units and buildings are in excellent working order. Responsibilities include performing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, conducting preventative maintenance, and addressing repairs with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires collaborating with team members, adherence to safety programs, and delivering high-quality service to travelers and colleagues across our properties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic facilities maintenance across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Strong customer service mindset when assisting guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Complete preventative maintenance on all building systems.
• Repair interior walls, ceilings, and fixtures; patching and painting as required.
• Inspect and report deficiencies in building systems to supervisor.
• Follow safety programs and guidelines at all times.
