Qualifications

• Certified HVAC, plumbing or electrical skill required.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair.
• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Monitor and repair HVAC system for the entire facility.
• Perform plumbing maintenance on various installations.
• Replace electrical fixtures and prevent hazards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on units and grounds.
