Job summary

Smoky Mountain Resorts in Pigeon Forge, TN, is seeking a Maintenance Property Supervisor to oversee the property's maintenance department, align with policies, manage budgets and staff, and drive project outcomes.

The role involves 8-hour shifts, 5-6 days per week based on occupancy, supervising guest rooms, buildings, waterpark and grounds, plus coordinating with vendors and health/safety inspectors. Hospitality experience and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience required.
• HVAC and CPO certificates preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English is essential.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all guest room, building, activities, waterpark, and grounds maintenance.
• Complete weekly and monthly reports and paperwork as assigned.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other trades on property projects.
• Recruit and train maintenance staff; manage staffing levels.
