Qualifications

• General repair/handyman experience required.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, walk 6-7 hours, and climb stairs.
• Read basic chemical labels and write reports.
• Excel proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repair and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and maintain commercial laundry equipment.
• Maintain shop, vehicle, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed time sheets and work orders.
• Assist in property department functions and communications.
• Maintain safe work habits and use protective precautions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
