Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on trade & maintenance experience in a resort or commercial environment.
• Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Required to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects and preventative maintenance as instructed by resort leadership.
• Perform custodial and maintenance duties as required.
• Communicate professionally through radios, phones, emails, and verbal communications.
